This is a non-invasive system of healing that reminds the body of its natural ability to restore balance, self-correct, and break the cycle of pain and chronic stress. Session may include a combination of CranioSacral therapy, Positional Release, Aromatherapy and Energy Balancing, resulting in effortless pain relief and deep relaxation. This session stimulates the body using gentle movements, comfortable positioning, light compression or traction with subtle contact. By exaggerating the pain pattern, the central nervous system is reminded to self-correct, releasing pain and improving range of motion. A self care plan is giving to avoid dysfunction from returning. CranioSacral therapy uses gentle hand on therapy to release restrictions of the soft tissue surrounding the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) and connective tissue. Aromatherapy (the first medicine known to man) can relax the mind and body so that your treatment is more effective.
