Turn up the heat with this 60 minute yoga sculpt class. Beginning with a 15 minute vinyasa style warm up, and transitioning right into 30 minutes of high intensity interval training - you will push your mind and body to new capabilities on the mat, each interval designed to target and challenge different muscle groups.
