Thats when Sheri introduced me to Ortho-Bionomy, a gentle & non-intrusive way of healing without forceful manipulation. My surgeon said I would have to have a 4th surgery within the year to correct the other discs. It has been 4 1/2 years now and I am still good...no surgery.
